Terence John Woodhead is a South African author, researcher and founder of Lyth House. His work explores existence, consciousness, belief, culture and the human search for meaning.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree: Humanities, Social Sciences and Education from the University of the Witwatersrand, with majors in International Relations and Anthropology. Additional fields of study include Psychology, Sociology, Ergonomics, Industrial Relations and Classical Studies.

His areas of interest include philosophy, anthropology, religion, mythology, psychology, consciousness, human behaviour and the development of ideas across cultures.
